I’m sick of being bothered by one little thing that went down with my muse, okay? I lost her for a couple of weeks but I think she might be back! YAY. I’m done sulking, and I’m ready for Ollie to be good again.
If I owe you a reply, like this, or message me.
I know I owe to Seifer, Kairi… that’s all I remember. It’s been a while, sorry!
Just let me know if I owe you a reply or if you’d even like me to reply at all. And if you’d like to plot something I’m up for it, okay?
I’m going to try to get back into the swing of things~!
Because your Olette is amazing, of course! I'm just sad neither of my kh rp blogs do AU, otherwise I'd be begging you to rp all the time. You give her such spunk and realism. As a gal myself, that's very refreshing to see. c:
WOW I just whoa, thank you so much! I wish your muses did AU too, because I’m sure I’d love to RP with them! This is really sweet of you, anon. It’d be cool to know who you are :3 But anywho, seriously thank you a million, this is really encouraging and I’m glad you enjoy my Ollie!
Neku blinked for a quick moment, not expecting such a fierce attitude from such an innocent looking girl. Nevertheless he kept his outside appearance bored and unimpressed.
“I acknowledged your existence. I just didn’t want to.” He leaned on hand on the counter and eyed the girl fully now. “So what do you want?” He raised an eyebrow, ready to take her order and resist the urge to spit in it.
Olette was taken back a bit by the boy’s apparent lack of interest in her small outburst, which was something she found unusual. Shrugging her shoulders and glancing at the menu for a moment, she locked eyes with the orange-head and placed her order.
"I’d like a medium dry chocolate cappuccino, please.", the brunette responded while forcing back any bite in her voice, realizing that she had probably angered the barista enough for one morning.
Neku heard the cough, woke up from his shitty excuse for a nap and flailed about for a second before quickly gathering his bearings. Right. Coffee Shop. Work. Okay. After a few seconds of letting his eyes adjust to the light he stood up from his stool and made his way lazily to the counter. “What?” His tone was rude. The girl deserved it for interrupting his nap. He didn’t even ask what she would like to order. The one word question would be fine for now. Or at least he thought so.
Olette watched the orange-haired boy flail around for a moment with an amused expression on her face. The lightheartedness soon dissipated as the employee regained his composure and glared at her with obvious annoyance. She almost apologized for waking him, before she realized that it was he who should be apologizing to her. After all, he had been ignoring a paying customer in order to sleep.
"All I’m trying to do is order some coffee, before I have to be at work. Where I will be sure to serve my customers, and not slack off while denying their existence like a total jerk.”, the brunette responded with her arms crossed in front of her chest and the look of chargin in her eyes.
He smirked and casually laid back, leaning his head against the wall.
“Oh come on brat, make a damn decision for once, I can’t be leadin’ you around all the time like some damn dog.” he replied with a sigh, tilting his beanie further over his fore-head as he relaxed a little, feet idly tapping together
The brunette bit her lip and thought for a moment, before a small sigh escaped her. She crawled over to the blond man, taking a seat next to him, knees pulled to her chest, and craned her head upward to stare at the ceiling.
"Every time I suggest something, you tend to shoot me down. Besides, I like that you’re a take charge kind of person—" Olette responded as she crossed her arms over her knees.
“Plus I really suck at decision making, Sief. You know that.”, she laughed softly.
ooc; I calmed down, and I probably won’t hiatus. Thank you to Zexion-mun for the kind words, and Femaxe you can still totally post that starter. Sorry for being a poop ): If I do disappear it’s because I need to finish summerwork, school starts next week, and it’s the beginning of my senior year. Thanks for understanding!
He grinned slightly at her use of his shortened name.
“Well look at you takin’ charge for once? Givin’ me permission to slack off?” he said, throwing his books to the floor. “Fuck that then. What we doin’?”
Olette raised an eyebrow at the small smile that she had actually gotten out of the blond man. It was a very rare sight, and the fact that she had caused it gave her a bit of confidence. “That’s right, permission to slack off—”, she grinned lightly and glanced down at the scattered books that now laid strewn on the floor.
"I’m good with whatever you wanna do, so long as it doesn’t require the use of brain cells.", the brunette replied, a slight smirk gracing her rose-colored lips.
Well she’s going to have to wait. Yeah Neku was behind the counter, feet propped up, head resting the pastel colored wall, but he wasn’t up for taking orders. He was asleep. Asleep on the job? Maybe not the best way to start work, but it had been a long night. He could use the extra sleep. It was the girl’s fault for coming into the cafe so early.
Olette had planned to stop and grab a quick cup of coffee before her shift started at the ice cream parlor. She needed the caffeine high badly, as it was early in the morning. Too early, in fact, especially on a hot summer day when the brunette could still be catching z’s in her comfortable bed. With a sigh, she walked into the small coffee shop and made her way to the counter. There seemed to be only one person working, though “working” probably wasn’t the right word. He looked like he was sleeping on the job. While Olette could be sympathetic about the lack of rest, she still understood that it wasn’t acceptable to ignore a customer to take a nap. She coughed a few times, hoping to wake him up without being obnoxious about it.
"Excuse me?", the emerald eyed teen said quietly, swaying on her feet and becoming a bit impatient.
Her slightly tame attempt at putting him down caused her to glare at her again, with annoyance this time.
“It was a joke Olette, jeez quit bein’ such a crybaby.” he said simply, sighing as he massaged his brow for a moment before trying to concentrate on the books once more, glancing over the material as well as his notes between sips of the drink.
“Just shut up and do some damn studyin huh? That’s what we’re here for right? Not the crappy smalltalk.”
The brunette sighed and turned her head to glance at her companion. “You know I’m not good with sarcasm, Seif. I never know when you’re messing around—”, Olette let out a short laugh at the slight look of distress that had overcome him. His last comment only caused her to flash a small smile.
"I’ve done enough studying for the day, and I think you have, too. Relax a little bit, yeah?", the emerald eyed girl suggested.
I’m ready for pumpkin spice lattes and warm scarves and pretty coats and nice boots and crunchy leaves on the ground and the wind biting at my cheeks and I’m ready to not feel like sweaty gross death all the time
Xion felt the cool rush of air and grabbed the hem of her shirt and tugged on it quickly, airing out her clothes. The ice cream store was relatively calm and quiet, with only a handful of customers sitting contently with their bows and cones. Outside there was a group of children, all staring in with wide, hungry eyes.
The girl turned her attention to the brunet who had greeted her. She flashed her a quick smile and glanced at the tubs of ice cream. “Well, for starters, can I get a bowl of vanilla for the lost boys out there?” She understood what it was like to want nothing but a refreshingly sweet bowl of ice cream on a hot summer’s day. Back in her home town Xion had spent many countless days hanging around the lone ice cream shop on the edge of the dirty beach.
Olette glanced out of the window at the ravenette’s request, her eyes resting on the children just past the glass who were obviously in need of a refreshing treat. “Buying ice cream for the kids, hm? That’s really charitable of you—” The emerald eyed teen started as she leaned over to scoop the vanilla ice cream out of the large tubs and into waffle cone bowls. “I would give it to them for free if I could, but my stingy manager is totally against it.”, She sighed before handing two bowls to the other girl.
"Did you want anything for yourself?" The brunette asked with a small smile.
9. Something I Would Really Like To Have- I would love to have some independence. I mean, I have a job and my own car, but I’m still tied down at home. I hate having to rely on my parents for most everything. I would actually love to move out on my own or with a roommate, I think I’m responsible enough.
